FILE YOUR AGREEMENT

The Separation Agreement.

Once our mediators have helped you and your spouse negotiate a divorce plan that works for your family, we will write up the detailed terms of your agreement.  This is called your Separation Agreement.  The Separation Agreement is submitted to the court as part of your divorce or dissolution packet.  Once the judge approves it, it becomes part of the final divorce decree or judgment, thereby finalizing the divorce.
