MEET WITH YOUR MEDIATOR
Most mediations are remote so you can participate from the comfort of your own home.
Every divorce is unique. Whether you are just starting the process, you have already filed your paperwork with the court, or you just need help ironing out the details, your mediator can help you design a plan that works for you and your spouse rather than asking the judge to make decisions that fit the guidelines of your state. Your Divorce Your Way is here to help you reach an agreement.
YOU DECIDE THE OUTCOME

Our mediators are trained and experienced in guiding difficult conversations into workable solutions so that you have more control over the outcome. We specialize in resolving issues of:
FILE YOUR AGREEMENT
The Separation Agreement.
Once our mediators have helped you and your spouse negotiate a divorce plan that works for your family, we will write up the detailed terms of your agreement. This is called your Separation Agreement or Memorandum of Understanding. After both you and your spouse sign this agreement, you will submit it to the court as part of your divorce or dissolution packet. When the judge approves it, it becomes part of the final divorce decree or judgment.
